There’s no hard limit, but Activity Ace works best for groups of about 3 to 12 people.

A Hangout is an event inside your group where everyone votes on activity options and available times to decide on one shared plan.

Each Hangout starts with 10 activity cards. Voting runs across 3 rounds, and the lowest-voted options get replaced as the list refines toward the best choice.

You can invite friends by sharing your group code or a direct invite link from inside your group.

Yes. Suggestions are location-aware and powered by Google Places data so options are relevant to your area.

You can receive updates by email and web push. Notification preferences are customizable so you can control what you get and when.
